Spinning Pole 2-DAY, 16-HOUR TRAININGThe XPERT Pole Fitness Spinning Pole Teacher Training is a comprehensive training set to teach you the principles of spinning pole, understand how to control and work with the spin and make each move look effortless. Learn how to break down each move and how to lesson plan for your class.
Included in the course is Anatomy and Physiology, understanding spinning pole and how to teach it safely and effectively. This training will prepare you to lead a beginner/ intermediate level spinning pole fitness class, includes more advanced spins, climbs, and spinning inversion techniques.
The Spinning training provides a more in depth and extensive explanation and overview of proper techniques and modifications designed to provide instructors with the skills necessary to ensure participants of all fitness levels.
*Note: A minimum of 6 months Pole experience is required, Pole Fitness Level 1 &2 is recommended but not a required pre-requisite for registration.

All moves include, muscles worked, regression, progression, variations and spot if needed.
The XPERT Teacher Trainings have a practical and written exam, both modules must be passed to complete the course.
Pre Requisite: XPERT Level 1 & 2 / Min of 6 months pole experience.
